OD-POS empowers restaurant owners and authorized managers to request permanent deletion of their tenant account, staff profiles, and associated data stored across our local and cloud synchronization servers.
Submit A Deletion Request
Please provide your registered restaurant account information to verify your authorization. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Deletion Request Submitted
We have received your verification request. A confirmation email and security PIN has been dispatched to your registered address.
All requested data will be permanently wiped from our production cloud servers within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted vs Retained:
- Permanently Deleted: Staff usernames, PINs, tenant settings, active table floor plans, customer phone numbers, menu items, and ingredient recipes.
- Statutory Retention: In compliance with local taxation laws (such as GST / VAT statutory requirements), historical tax invoices issued prior to deletion must be retained in encrypted archive format for audit periods mandated by law.
